One of a series of walks created and documented by experts and enthusiasts at the Bedwyn Footpaths Group.

From the centre of Great Bedwyn, this walk goes through Little Bedwyn up to Harrow Farm, crossing farmland with open views on the way and returning via Chisbury.

No stiles and some steep steps over the Kennet & Avon Canal and railway line in Little Bedwyn, which can be avoided by taking the road instead.

Great West Way is a 125 mile touring route in the south of England, stretching from London to Bristol.  The Vale of Pewsey is located right in the middle of the Great West Way, and is easily accessible by rail, road and canal.
