Everyone wants to see a World Heritage Site and if you are staying in the Vale of Pewsey then you are right in the middle of one, located between Stonehenge to the south and Avebury to the north.

Laurence from Oldbury Tours will be able to provide you with a day’s tour to visit both these sites, with lunch and probably one or two lesser-known historic locations on the way as well.

Transport allows for up to 6 passengers (although bigger groups can be catered for) and, because Laurence has a life-long love of Wiltshire and history, and has a BA in Archaeology, he is able to interpret what you see and bring alive the way people lived here thousands of years ago.

Where you go on your tour is your choice but the Stonehenge and Avebury World Heritage Site is one of the favourites – unsurprisingly!

Book your tour here or give Laurence a call on 07714 146978.
